Experience

With a French legal training background, Mr. Vigneron obtained his Bachelor of Law in France in 2012. He then specialized in business law by obtaining a master's degree in business, corporate and taxation law in 2014, as well as a Master II in 2015.

He also holds a university degree in Wealth Management (University of Montpellier, 2016) as well as obtaining from the University of Montreal, the equivalency of a Bachelor of Law from the Quebec Bar.

He isa member of the Montreal bar, as well as the Paris bar.

Prior to joining Astell & Associés, Mr. Vigneron was able to developed his business law practice by serving as a legal consultant alongside many law firms.

His dual legal training allows him to advise an international clientele, mainly French-speaking, in an increasingly globalized context.

Mr. Vigneron makes also a priority of listening and being available to his customers.        .

He is the author of a study on the judicial assessment of the "significant imbalance in distribution law" and co-author of an analysis of "corporate governance in banking and financial institutions" as well as in the French tax system on "fiscal deadlines".

Mr. Vigneron is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
